      Re: Westside????

Rob's shop is the only place I serviced my VWs and Audi - they've done everything from suspension kits, ecu flashing, oil changes, you name it and the job is always done properly. They're also very reasonable with their fees and never try gouge you.

Everyone wants 'excellent customer service' and for businesses to bend over backwards to accommodate them, but truly in every case, the people who are getting the best service are also people who aren't a$$ holes.

Its true, the squealy wheel does get the grease, but it usually takes longer and costs more!. People are alot more willing to help you out if you are pleasant to deal and thats the way of the world, not just automotive service.

          Re: Westside????

In the long run it comes down to how much $$$$$ a customer spends at a shop. If my freind spent $10grand on up grades on his car and came out pissed off because the job was not done right the first time and has to keep taking the car back and gets nothing out of it I see no problem to be pissed off. As for time I think that 2 months and not complaining is not to bad. Just quit saying all this BS nad get his car done!!!
