Don't think it'll work.. DOS doesn't have the drivers for the usb.

I wonder if a dos emulator would work? they emulate serial inputs from usb devices, although they are generally used for games they should in theory work for dos based applications as well.

that sounds complicated... my serial port cable is delayed from hong kong .. If you wanna try I would gladly volunteer my vehicle for ya.
