          So... when are people thinking of installing their winters this year? I put mine on December 1st last year... a touch late perhaps... but... meh?!

            Well I have full blown summers on 18s. Given that my TDI is my commuter, I think I will be dropping the winters on sooner rather than later. I live out by Cochrane - we always seem to get more 'winter love' out there than in the city...

              x2 on that Rob. Seems I was using the EVO skidplate as a surfboard an awful lot last year just getting to the #1 in my neighborhood and the car isn't even lowered.

                  Just put them on, well some winters atleast. These came with the car when I got them two years ago, some crappy tire nordics, better then nothing I figure right now. I am hoping to replace these with some Nokian Hak's.
                  The wifes car has some Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3's that I got last winter. They worked but you would do better with the x-ice probably in the long run if you wanted to go the Michelin route. I would still do the Nokian's new if I had the chance to do this over again.
