Re: CAI on a MK4
Not a fan of the CAI myself. My filter had got badly soaked once from driving on the highway in a big rainstorm and pulled the water all the way up into the intake mani. This was on my 2001 Sentra SE. It took out my MAF which cost me 465 bucks to replace from nissan and that is just the part. No damage was done to the engine, but it was the MAF and the hassle of drying out the filter that annoyed me. Besides, the gain from a CAI to a SRI is like 1HP. I don't see the worth in them. There also no good in the winter especially when they get rammed full of snow and ice. I would take a good sealed in SRI over a CAI anyday of the week.TWO TON ENGINE LIFT/CRANE FOR RENT
PM me if you need one!!

Agreed on the short ram. Even if its not sealed, not a lot makes it up that far.
