Pinstriping rims, anyone tried before?

im wanting to put a blue pinstripe on my rims, any good ways to go about this? tape everything off in a circle with 3mm tape and spray? or buy vinyl stripe and somehow put it on a round object lol or by hand like a pro?

or my favorite rig a stand to hold the paintbrush in place and spin the wheel when the cars jacked up lol!

I have pin striped my rims A LOT using vinyl ask Blair I have changed colors probably quite a few times now and i can do it quite quick these days! hahah i might change the colors again!

you can get pinstriping stuff at canadian tire.
i used it on my motorcycle rims.

How hard is it to apply? Most of my applications like that end up with wrinkles.

There is a special tool to pins stripe wheels with paint....takes like 30 seconds per wheel. The tool looks like a small tube with a wheel on the end. You load the tube with paint and select the size of wheel you need for the pin stripe size. There is a small arm beside the wheel that you use to press against the lip on the rim...this keeps your stripes straight. Just have the wheel jacked up and spin the wheel around with the tool in place. Here is a link to the tool...
