Any Calgary guys want to meet up in the next while?

Hey Guys,

First of all I greatly appreciate all the advice and guidance given to me in such a short time of owning the TDI! I would love to meet up with you guys and see other peoples' rides, chat cars, exchange ideas etc. Also, I am here hat in hand and am wondering if I can meet up with someone who has a vag-com to help me turn down my EGR when we get together.

I live just outside of Cochrane but will drive to wherever. Let me know what you guys think and when and where. We are having some epic weather lately so might as well take advantage. Evening? Weekend? Tell me what works best and let's see what we can put together.

Our next official meet will be on October 1st, keep your eyes on the events section for the details, usually a Vag com comes out too.

Create a mid month ice cream meet and ppl will come out. Just make sure that you choose a nice day!

Well, there is MacKays in Cochrane or Lic's off Memorial by Edworthy Park. Ice cream is my weakness and not a hard sell for me either. How do one of those places grab people?

Just got news yesterday afternoon that a super good friend of mine's Dad passed away after a battle with cancer. Waiting to hear on when the funeral is.

Until I know more, my suggestion is Lic's on Sunday in the early afternoon (say 2:00pm). Decent parking lot there and kick a$$ ice cream.

Sounds like the weather tomorrow is going to be pretty grim - may just postpone until a nicer day.
