I appreciate the replies guys. Just got the old turbo off and the vanes are almost completely seized. I don't think I'll do a rebuilt unit, so I'll probably just eat it at the dealer.

This is the wife's daily so I wasn't really thinking of any power increases. I ended up ordering a rebuilt VNT15 from Paul yesterday ($600 + my core).
On another topic, the egr valve, lines, cooler and intake manifold are just a mess. I'm not a fan of removing emissions equipment, but I also wouldn't complain if I never had to clean this stuff again. I know there is lots of info around on the egr delete, but can you guys share some suggestions on doing this? Can the egr be programmed out easily enough?
