Secondary Air Injection Removal Halp?

Hey anyone on here do this one before on a 1.8t?

Just need a little help running some vaccum lines tomorrow (monday).

And if anyone happens to have a jug of coolant, Premixed or not doesnt matter, could I pick it up tomorrow and grab and deliver one on Tuesday?
Its red/pink coolant if that makes a difference?

Any help would be appreciated and beverages will be provided, possibly lunch.

Forgive my ignorance but what is the benefit of removing the SAI?

Gets rid of the vacuum res and cleans up the bay making it easier to work with. Looks much nicer. But no performance gains afaik

Well in terms of gains - A cleaner engine bay
- A few engine codes

When i get everything together tomorrow, ill take some pics and post.
I got everything figured out in terms of what lines have to go where.

Ryan - If you want to do it, just need the parts, a catch can and about 3 hours (to be safe)

thanks for showing my the steps and what's needed.. Haha now I've got a bit of confidence to *hopefully* tackle it myself. Car's looking good man.

it stops the bad idle at initial startup as well . also if you install the correct resistors (high current ,fires are bad) cel will be eliminated sometimes

I still have high idle at startup, and i ave the proper resistors on the way
