  • stomp psssh vroom

Out for a short cruise last night with windows down and sunroof open in the GTI. At a light I notice a good echo coming off the sound barrier to my left so I figure I'll rev the engine and see what it sounds like on the 'outside' of the car. I stomp on the gas, hear a psssh noise then the expected vroom from all 6 cylinders. I'll probably bring it in to George for a once over. Other than the sound I noticed no difference in performance.

    Is this an exhaust leak?

CEL came on today. Anyone in the NW that can give me a scan to see if it's related? I'm at Shaganappi and Crowchild NW.
