I'll either be getting a H&R Cup Kit or some sort of coilover in that price range soon, what sort of bushings should I change while doing the suspension? My car is near 200,000kms already.

Defenitly will want to do your strut mounts and strut bearings. Since your VR has 200000 on it, I would also do the control arm bushings, sway bar bushings and links, and perhaps the ball joints if you have the money to spare. All of these items will fail sooner because the suspension will be riding at a different height, and the shocks of the bumps will hit a little harder affecting all of those items. You can wait till they fail and then change them as time goes by, or you can do it all at once. If you do it all at once, the ride will feel that much more stiffer, and tighter.
