  • ECSTuning.com Group Order

Hey guys a few of us on here are looking at starting a group order from ECSTuning.com. If we can get enough people to make it worth while that would be sweet. The order will be placed probably some time next week if it goes through. If you are interested let me know, also I was thinking if there is a bunch of us ordering we could ship it to Montana (sweetgrass I think is the place) and we could do a group cruise to pick up all the goods.

Let me know if this is of anny interest to anyone

    Thanks
    Mike

Wouldnt it be much smarter if one person with a minivan went and picked it up? The cruise down to the border is boring as hell, plus the 6 hrs that you would waste and gas money would be pointless by doing any kind of "saving" on a group order!

Not sure how much money we'd be saving by getting it shipped to montana and picking it up there. Not to mention there's a chance we get into some sort of brokerage fiasco at the border. But I'd be in for the it for some parts.

Unless you're driving a diesel and it only costs you $25 to do the trip, then you can laugh at all the gassers.

haha yes it would be a lot of gas that is true but it would be fun if there was a bunch of people on it the cruise, but it was just an idea and it sounds like it wasn't a very good one

i'm not sure that i "need" any parts... but could be in on some.

i actually head through montana quite a bit, and if some of you guys wanted to do a cruise that's a WAY more entertaining / scenic drive... look into the "Rooseville" border crossing. the parts could be shipped to Missoula Montana (an awesome town), and the drive is about 6 / 7 hours.

                          Re: ECSTuning.com Group Order

I was just on their website, and it seems like the things I want are out of stock

Oh wait, I mis-read it, it says special order. I need to place the order then they would order it from wherever

yeah it looks like most of the stuff i want to order is out of stock too, and with the exchange the way it is right now I don't even think now is a good time to order, as badly as I want to order my stuff I don't know if it's a good idea.

What do you guys thinks also about ordering your stuff?

Montana is about a three hour drive I believe

I've never done a group buy before, so how much cheaper for shipping would it be?

I'm not in URGENT need to get the parts, just as long as before September
