    Hey all,
I used 3M super 77 spray adhiesive to redo my headliner, I left the re-wraped liner in the sun and it seems like the glue is melting and the fabric sags.
what spray adhiesives work best for headliners? is there any stronger brands
    HELP! thanks

    Re: Headliner help

3M Hi Strength 90 was what I used but it also sagged because I was eager to have the headliner in the car and didn't wait until it was completely dry before I put it on..

Last time I had to search for it at Canadian Tire on Mcleod Trail because no one knew what I was talking about. It was by the Gorilla Glue close to the Paint section of the store. GL and post pics!

I think I used the fabric spray stuff I found at home depo. It was good but I remember it seeping through if I used too much as the material I used was thin.

I haven't fixed my headliner yet. It is still sagging I actually didn't realize it until someone pointed it out .

Try Acklands Grainger. Thats where an auto upholster sent me for my 3m glue. Be aware they are not cheap.

Try Industrial Paint and Plastics in Builders park, or the big Napa Auto Parts just around the corner from there. IIRC that is where I bought headliner glue when I did my beetle.
