Dumb question, where exactly do I spray the electrical cleaner? I was trying to spray last night and this afternoon. The small straw does not really fit into the left indicator stalk to pray. I sprayed a few times where I could. It was not so bad this morning, but will see how it goes on the drive home...

Here is where to spray:
Don't forget to pull the lever to create a gap to allow the spray to penetrate the assembly.
Someone had mentioned the solution on the first page....Hazard switch. Pretty common on the MK4's. I've replaced more hazard switches rather then the turn signal stalk to remedy the problem. And as far as the stalks are only good for about 120,000kms is B.S.

Hey thanks for the pic and fix threads. I've had the same problem and then it eventually went away. It's been coming back a bit but I'll try the cleaner solution.
Stefan I may have forgotten a torx bit in your vehicle this morning while working on your car, mind taking a look if you dont mind. Not sure if you were going to stop by for your paperwork today or another day but you can leave it with Charlene if you do find it. Thanks man
