my back wheels have 22mm's built in and I can see alot of rubber through my rubbers. I don't know what to suggest about the front spacers though, are they hubcentric? did you buy them used or new? (might be warped)
The problem that you might have are the wheels. Assumed that you never hit anything, the tires at the front might need to re-balance. The extra space that add on between the two front wheels just make the situation worst.
Potential problem it could happen in the future: using the front wheel spacer will hurt(or premature wear) the rack-and-pinion steering column( or the unit ). Due to the fact that required extra force to push wheels left and right. Imagine that you use a toothpick to pick up an apple and now you are using a foot long toothpick to pick it up.
