Granted those are only a couple, there's an absolute sh!t ton in Calgary. I really wonder what sort of regulations there would be for maximum bumper height. I mean if someone is riding in a stock vehicle and some ******* with a jacked up truck rear ends them they're toast. Same goes for if they rear end that truck.

there is a guy down the street from me with a dodge truck raised up mega
4 exhaust pipes up the back window like a semi
and i know he has no CATs as i saw him remove them last summer and even helped LOL
its a diesel pushing over 500hp he says.. i believe
          some upgraded rear DIFF

i would not want to be rear ended or i should say driven over by it

Re: FnF really did make an impact...

I am in Calfornia right now and was watching something about this on the news. They were saying that they law does not allow you bumber to higher than the midline of the rear tire.

I dont see many trucks in Calgary that meet that rule.

What worries me even more than rear or front end impacts is the side impact damage that these guys can do. I just love seeing nothing but bumper when some clown with his raised truck is running the yellow/red while I am turning left.

Not to metion the bumpers/cowcatchers/battering rams that these guys are running are just stupid big.

Damn, I had never even considered a t-bone scenario. Good take on it though, anyone have any idea or information about what the limit might be? I know I spent a few hours one evening last week searching for info but didn't get anything for Alberta.

Section 63 which states a bumper must be no more than 50 cm and no less than 40 cm above ground level.

Is that in Alberta or is it Canada wide? if so that's excellent news!
