There is no such beast.
http://www.mobil.com/Canada-English/...es/Mobil_1.asp
It comes in: 0W-40, 5W-20, 5W-30, 5W-50, 10W-30
Perhaps you are thinking of the diesel version? Delvac 1 or Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck. TDT is available at Wallyworld.

Re: Mobil 1 - where to buy?
I hoped someplace gets supply from US....
or EU made Castrol...
Would it be harmful for a gasoline engine to use a diesel oil?
(the additive package should be different - but the diesel oil should have the gas additives + the diesel specific ..... correct?)Last edited by nemohm; 03-09-2009, 03:16 PM.

Re: Mobil 1 - where to buy?
MillerAG sells Devlac 1 ESP 5w-40. They used to be in Calgary by Barlow but they moved to Okotoks, I drove there a couple of weeks ago and bought a case of it. You have to buy by the case. But yes, this is oil designed for heavy-duty/high performance diesel engines.

Note that the Mobil 1 TDT is the same oil.
Back to the OP. If you are using a gasoline engine, get the normal Mobil 1 as the additive package os better suited to those engines. A 0W-40 is the same as a 5W-40 at operating temperature. It just flows at lower temperatures.Last edited by Red90; 03-10-2009, 09:50 AM.
