  • MY Exhaust is dragging :-(

SO on my way back from banff last night blasting back to calgary at about 130KM ish in my A2 Jetta when all of a sudden i am faced with a soccer size ice/snow ball in the middle of the road.

With cars all around i had no choice but to run over it..

After a few very nice words, i had noticed that there was a very loud sound coming from my exhaust..

After getting home i looked under my car hopping there were no fluids leaking from the engine area, i discovered that my exhaust was ripped off mid way, and dragging...

Its kinda funny in a way i was lucky there was nothing more, however i am in need of a new exhaust..

If anyone knows of a good cheap place to get some work done ASAP please let me know..

The sound of my car is some what funny, but the fact that my exhaust is dragging is not... Ok well it kinda makes me a bit...

not sure where your at but i got mine repaired for similar reasons at the exhaust shop at fish creek LRT station facing onto McLeod next to mister detail. Great Guy and great work at great price.

cant find his card now but it was just a walk in patch up n out real quick. He also makes custom exhausts so has all the kit etc youd need.

this is a map of where he is
    Eric..
