I dunno about GCL, i've taken injectors there before, they wouldn't clean them for me, instead told me they can get new nozzles for them for $1100 ya no thanks. And their diagnostic outcome was "leaky tips", no pressures or anything like that.
hmm, that sucks. They are good 50% of the time then? I didn't get a lot of detail, but enough info.
"CHECK TEST AND ADVISE ON 4 BOSCH INJECTORS, THEY HAVE NEW NOZZLES.
Tested 4 bosch injectors, #3 and #4 have sticky needles, all pressures 188-190 bar. Tore down, needles are new but slightly scuffed, sonic cleaned and serviced, set to 190 bar. Supplied conditioner"

btw, the bolts on my pump pulley were definitely stretch bolts, and were definitely supposed to have been swapped by the dealer to the new non-stretch one on one of the occasions that my timing has been touched, as opposed to being re-used.
Just info for anyone with earlier TDIs. If you do your timing, grab some of the replacement bolts. (the stretch ones are blue - easy to see if you have 'em).
