I left my interior light on in my GTI, and I have no access to the car for some time.....IIRC the lights turn off after a set time when you have the doors open, or anything so long as the key isn't turned on....is this the case with the interior dome too? or am i boosting my car in the AM? Thanks a bunch

not sure, but i think if you switch the dome light on manually, it stays on. It for sure turns off after a while if its just on because the door is open though.Last edited by stefan; 01-11-2009, 09:39 AM.Stefan

I think the alarm goes off on mine a few hours later if I leave the interior lights on.Jeff

door has to be completly closed.
