If you can't get it off with a hammer (I use my dead blow hammer and just hit the rubber, no fussing around with a 2x4 needed), then you can try ninja kicking it. Or in some cases I get my 42" prybar and pry at the bottom of the wheel against something sturdy on the car. I leave a bolt in the wheel (loose) for when it comes off so it doesn't fall and damage the face.
