Even tho the TDI started nicely I decided to drive the Durango to work today. Good thing too because they were plowing on Glenmore and leaving a 2ft pile of crud at the 14th St exit. The fulltime 4wd and the 31" Hakapeliitas punched right through. Normally it takes 30 minutes to drive this morning, even leaving at 6:30 I rolled in at 8:15.

Re: Taking no chances today
yep since i'm going to Bob's shop today i drove to the ctrain in the NE to make it easier.
from airdrie to whitehorn it took 145 minutes!
#2 was nuts tho.. the road itself was fine but it was snowing/blowing so hard you couldn't see anything

Re: Taking no chances today
The Smart is not great on all those piles and I worry about the ruts developing as the narrow track means I don't fit in them. My morning commute has been not bad still, about 20-25 minutes including a Starbucks stop, its the coming home that has killed me, normally 15-20 minutes, Friday was 1.5 hours and yesterday was 40 minutes, but today I am leaving early and also have to find my way to SAIT for a night class, Oh joy!Blair
