    well, mine rattles when the needle drops when i let the gas off, and now it started rattling during idle.

      Rattles a bit only if the A/C is on for me. For some reason.

        Lower idle points for the motor. Air, barometric pressure and temp effect this.

          Lol I'm on winter wheels now, my parents are paranoid, well since you work at the dealer I'd assume that they would put you on for you. So I would say any time in the next month or 2 when the weather is consistantley less than 5 degrees.

            Mechanical boost gauge rattle is easy to fix. It can be done one of two ways..

            You can put an inline vaccuum filter somewhere inline of the tubing. You should be able to get this filter for like a dollar... I will take a picture later of one if anyone wants to see what it looks like.

            or...

            You can put just a little bit of open cell foam on the back of the gauge where the little pin comes out. Hard to explain, but to me, the first option is easier.
