Edgemont Esso "touchless" wash

Edgemont Esso overhauled their car wash.. and it is no longer really "touchless".... the dryer part comes in contact with the car.. and damaged my antenna mount on the roof. Boourns. The old machine was better.

I'm pretty sure the wax cycle only did half the car too..

i usually wash by hand... but for the odd rinse, these guys were ok, and no line ups.. their new equipment just sucks.

i only use coin washes .. big bucket in calgary or there are a few good ones in airdrie

man that sucks, I've always been nervous of those automated car washes, I like to have the control so you don't get some high pressure gun blowing your paint off while you watch in horror.

I hate the Petro touchless washers. How they grip the one front tire and pull you through...

I always shudder to think about what it may do to my alignment if I went through one. I second Big Bucket, it's one of only two places I'll go to wash my car with a wand. The other is for convenience (10th & 10th SW).

Yeah, stay away from touchless.
You get a much better wash by hand or wand.
Anyone know of a good carwash in the south west? (Mount Royal area)
