  • Bert and Jack's Automotive

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Paul at Bert and Jack's! I went in on Friday to get a quote, he ordered the part for me that day and it was in by noon today! Amazing service at a great price. I totally recommend talking to Paul before you take your car anywhere else. I will be taking the Jetta there from now on

wow thats pretty good, when I bring my car in to the dealership it usually takes them at least 3 (BUSINESS) days to get the part (or so they say ). I'm tempted to try some smaller places, I like the idea of knowing who's working on your car and when you not happy with the work you have someone to speak with and your not just getting the run around "talk to my manager, hes in next week". I'll definitely add bert and jack's to my list of places to check out.

Taken directly from a sign hanging in the front office "If your happy with the service, tell someone. If your unhappy with the service, tell us"

To me this just proves that the guys (and gals) at Bert and Jack's want to make sure every customer is happy.
