So what is total cost of the AE? And is the install reversable or are new headlights in order to sell the car?

I'll have to think about that... I will only get them if its reversable with no damage to the headlight?

Unlike the LED versions, these have clips that are used to attach to the reflectors. You will have to drill two tiny holes that the clips use to attach to the reflectors, which aren't visible at all, since
#1. they are at the top of the reflector
#2. they are too small to be visible from any distance but a foot or less (1/8 inch)

So as far as damage, no, not really, not like the glue and the sealant that is used to mount the led versions, there is no residue etc left over after you mount the lights.

You will have to drill a hole in the back of the housing to route the fiber through, which I recommend drilling through the housing cover, which can easily be replaced for like $10 if you are selling the car.

All in all, we made sure there was as little damage done to the vehicle as possible. And as far as wiring goes, we even made it idiot proof by building a custom relay box, and including the tap in butt connectors and everything.

Yes you are correct, and the fact it includes the euroswitch makes it a helluva deal!

Alrighty, well this group buy is coming to an end, even though the minimum wasn't met, I will hold to the price as long as there are 3 purchases. I will need the orders by the middle of next week so that we can ship these units out. Thanks for everyone's interest!

Yes, if you were looking at them on an E46 M3, this is the exact same kit, except for the VWs.

Unfortunately, none of the group buy individuals have contacted me with their orders as of yet. I hope none of the future group buys that I have on this forum (if I have anymore) will be like this.:mrscrewy:
