    17MM allen key or socket.

          Have used a wheel bolt and a 17 mm wrench before to get one out. Stick wrench on the 17 mm bolt, then stick the rest of the bolt in the plug as far as you can. Be careful not to strip anything, but when in a bind I have used it before.
