So today I met the proud owner of some of the sickest cars in town, in his fine collection of cars he had a Lamborghini Gallardo Spider, Ford GT (710hp), Corvette ZO6 (505hp), Audi S8(wifes daily driver), Audi RS4(winter car), a few viper's, a lotus,, a couple of ferrari's and many many others but the ones I listed were the ones I saw.
The one that got my attention was his twin turdo R32!!! this car was nuts! It had 550hp I was just speechless. He told me that his R32 spanked the rest of his cars and he had some fast fast cars. His car was just loaded to the roof and his engine alone is 55 grand and that is NO joke. I'm going to see him again soon and take it for a rip and when I do I'll snag some photos for you all.

Yeah he owns the drillbit company, I went to there pancake breakfast and I talked to him for quite a while, he told me he'd let me buy it!!!

Seen it as well at the Stampede Breakfast. I don't think he would sell it cheap as it probably cost him a ton and it is a one of a kind R32.

It's also featured in GT4 I believe as a special vehicle, although I have never played the game so I am not sure.

It is not one of a kind. The one in the link you posted was the HPA show car and prototype build before they started selling kits. I know they have done more since. Including a twin turbo beetle. It was included as a special vehicle for GT4 for the PS2.

His is the HPA Show Car prototype, not just a HPA kit on a R32 after the fact.

He told me it cost him 110,000 bucks to fully complete it and the engine alone cost him 55 grand, i'm not too sure what he would sell it for though.
His car is in Grand Turismo 4 but I don't think his is the HPAmotorsports car, but if does have the HPA decals on it

I have no idea where or not it was for sale a while ago, all I know is it is worth a **** load of money and the car is super super nice

I think you are thinking of the R28, it was a all wheel drive converted VR6 therefor legal in Canada. I think he turbo'd it after trying to sell it a couple times.
