  • Online trading?

What's the safest way to go about this. I have a offer to trade from a guy on vwvortex in the states. I'm really interested but a little hesitant due to some of the stories I've read, "I sent him my parts and he still hasn't sent me his and is now ignoring me", type of deal.
Wondering what some of your guys opinions are on how I should go about this if your curious he wants to trade BBS RC rims for Audi A8 ones.

Simply put if you are not willing to loose your rims don't do it. He could send you warped and damaged rims and claim he told you before hand etc.

I had a bad experience on the 'Tex around seats. Be wary.

Look how often he posts on vortex. If its once a month id say just forget about it. Look at his other posts and see how he acts. See if he has sold anything before and see if he knows any members on there.

Hoepfully that made some sense! lol

Unless you actually see the wheels in person I say don't do it. It's easy to get hosed on vortex, trust me I know from experience.

And more importantly do you really wanna trade your RC's for A8 wheels?

I bought two sets of wheels on the tex, never had a problem.
