Well its a mid engine rwd rig so probably quite hefty, I suspect you would surpass a TT, somewhere in the boxter range I'd think.

                Mid Engine RWD alternatives?

                Can anyone think of one?

                RWD
Honda S2000 - no and no style, and no torque
SVT Cobra - good power, not much else
Corvette - no, can I say retired banger, all right I don't mind them but no, wrong package
350Z/G35 - car with fat face, like it, but not enough hp
                RX8 - not enough pow
Boxster - Good, but baby Porsche. Probably the clearest competiton though.
BMW Z Series - can't afford the Z8 so it's up the the new Z, not sure yet...
Audi TT Ragtop - no Mid engine, not RWD, AWD cool but heavy.

                Mid Engine RWD
                MR2 - get serious
Lotus Elise - Yes, service it?
Lotus Esprit - 10 years ago
                Ferrari - $$$
                Saleen S7 - $$$
Michael Schumacher's F2003 - a bit pricey but acceptably performance.

To me Mid Engine RWD is where it's at for premium performance. With a shared Golf V chasis, if indeed it's designed for Fr Eng/FWD, Fr Eng/AWD and Mid/RWD and shared engines the price might be a lot cheaper than we're thinking.

Anyone have some competition in mind?
