I'm thinking about getting my windows tinted, I know that at least a few of you hvae tint, so where did you guys go and who would you reccomend.

I went to TintMaster... they suck and can eat my ass. They screwed up one of my windows... took FOREVER for them to admit fault. I do NOT recommend them... I DO however recommend Shadow Tinting -- ask for Nuno!

i just got mine done by Stacey the guy that does all of Hyatt automotive groups stuff.. NW Acura, NL VW,etc he does a great job.. i paid umm like 310 for all 7 windows @ 35% dunno if i got ripped since it was dealer price

It costs $200 bucks for 7-windows at either Tint Master or Shadow Tinting... you got ripped!

Tintmaster 35% all round

Did mine a month ago at tintmaster, 35% all around, looks great, no problems as peter had. Recommended, I've been there on 3 occasions and the work has been perfect every time.

Can't remember to be honest, I had the 3M front cover thing done too. Pretty sure it was 220 for 5 windows, I remember Tintmaster quoting 170.

There is a guy that tints windows who works out of RPM out on 32nd. Ave.
Can't remember his name , call RPM and ask Roberto who he is.
He did my 5 rear windows 35% for $180.00, quality work. Not the first car he's tinted for me.
The guy is quite cocky but he does good work!

Hmm well I called around today on price quotes and here are what I got, this is the 7 window price.

Tint Master $199 + gst
Shadow Tinting $249 + gst
Performance Tint $239 + gst
Mr. Detail $239 +gst

Is this all for the same tint product? Or do you just get whatever they sell?

Whatever they sell, that's just basic tint film, 35%

The tint job on my car sucks, but oh well. I would recommend against having it done at wherever it was done, but unfortunately I don't know where that was.
