automation, never had a problem with them.

concours have a nice facility, but everytime i go i have to wait at least an hour for an estimate, one time they told me to come back in a week for an estimate, **** that, automation gives you one asap, nice people too. i go there since scfc sends all their cars there.

Automation doesn't know how to paint products. My **** had to be done twice for it to be right.

        I do NOT recommend Automation.

          Automation.... :mrfinger:

They are more happy to do business with dealerships rather than someone walk-in to do some fancy customize job.

I remember one was with my friend “Can you roll the fenders on my car?…. Oh we don’t do that… You simply need a bigger one for your big wheels. OK. Do they make them o.e.m.?” LOL

I would NOT recommend Councours. I went there with my Beetle 1.8T after a huge accident and they butchered the job and refused to fix it. After teh paint peeled on my first highway drive, they insisted that "Well becuase you rushed us the paint peeled, we dont warranty paint...sorry" It got crashed Oct 12 2000 and I got it back Dec 17 2000, boy oh boy I dunno if paint can dry in that timeframe. :mrfinger: to concours

I have heard no complaints about Courtesy from anyone.

Please stay away from Calgary Coachworks though.
