Hotwater performance

Hi is anyone familiar with hotwater performance out of vancouver. I had some parts on order and talked to them on the phone a couple of times but i haven't received any word on my parts and every time i phone I only get the machine says the inbox is full. it has been 3 months now and i am loosing patience.

if anyone knows the shop or another way to get in touch I'd love to know

If I had paid for something 3 months ago and still not received it I would be phoning my credit card company.

i KNEW some of the guys who worked there but they left a year or 2 ago. dunno who is running it now.

Wow. I didn't think they were still in business. I visited their shop a couple times back in like 2000 when I lived there for a winter. Haven't really heard much of them since.

neither have i, which is why i said post on the Vancouver forums. everyone i knew that worked there has left.

gotcha will post in the Van forums, I have all the parts on order form concept 1 now. I got more done with them in 15 min then I could in three months with hotwater
