If you search that topic im almost sure around here that you can get away with it just because of our elevation.. Something about the density of air? Although 93 octane is still not the same as 91 octane... i.e. 91 octane at calgary elevation doesnt make it 93 octane...

However about octane boosters i am totally unsure :S...

you are right. 91 octane at this elevation is more than equal to 93 octane at sea level....which is where these programs are tuned for.
