How much is an 04 GTI worth?

Hey my little brother is looking at an 04 GTI as he just sold his truck.

Car is fully loaded except sunroof, has leather. 60,000km, 2 door etc etc

How much is this worth?

depends on options, such as wheels and all that jazz, but I'd say 14 to 16k stock. Most won't pay extras for mods, however if they are something worthwhile, I wouldn't mind.

oh yeah is it a glx vr6 or a 1.8t. If its a 1.8t I'd consider paying upwards of 1000000000 dollars, because it can nevar lose.

I'll tell you what. I searched for more than 6 months before finally buying a 02 GTI with 60,000 km, 2 door, while not fully loaded it had heated cloth seats. Car was very well kept for 17,500. I think originally he tried to get 19,000. It is a 1.8T

Its all about condition for Mk4's since they have depreciated a crazy amount lately.

10-20 is basically the range, depending on options and condition

I wouldn't pay near 20k for a mk4, unless it was a 20th or a 337

for an 04 with lower km's like that i would say ur gonna be paying in the high teen, just under 20 grand

Correct. And even when it loses it wins because it sounds better than any non inline-6 out there.
