I think a lot of this is a symptom of or city. Too many people, with too much money, perception of not enough time and dont give a crap about the people that are in business to fix thier screw ups.

I see it all the time, complaint of a normal operation truck
derates engine when
tires are spinning on ice-is the best one so far -traction control working properly-some poeople don't know how things work -just got to deal with that.

Im actually glad to say my car is parked at VWSM's shop.
I agree with where your coming from. Many people are idiots. My buddy works at ford and you should hear some of the crap people come to him with.
