i worked at a dealer I know how they operate.. they can be absolute assholes and they can be your best friend.. I guess it depends on how dumb you are or how big of a dink you are to them. I don't know the sales side of things as good as service but I could tell you guys so many service horror/good/funny stories about working at NW acura
