Cluster & Question

I love this cluster... I don't know if anyone has seen it, but its in a VW from China.



I've heard its quite a bit of work involved to do this. Has anyone done something similar?

A question I have is I might get a 20th rear valence for my MKIV (have to see how well the rear lines up with 20th front valence and sideskirts) so I'd be getting rid of my color matched stock rear valence if all goes as planned. Would there be any interest for it? PM me and let me know, I'll start a FS thread when I get a 20th rear, or PM me if you have a 20th rear for sale. Thanks.

they just replaced the blue leds with white ones on a 20th cluster.

It is actually a little different from a 20th cluster. This is actually a picture I found on here from Chris's black 20th he just sold. Real similar though.



Here is a European 20th/25th cluster, which is even more similar.... but not quite.

Pretty sure that Bart is right, it is identical to the 2nd cluster you posted, with white LED's.

yea.. has the A4 look to it.. i think the VW blue is still the best.. i like the audi ones but the VW have a cool character to em

Did you guys find the cluster on vortex? How easy was it to put it in?

changed some LEDs to see how it looks, didn't think about the LCD displays....will take apart some other time.


set the airbag light off while I was at it too, didn't disconnect the battery
