Forge 006 DIY lubin

Hey all, i was wonderin what u guys use to re lube your 006 or 007 DV valve.... just thinkin i should do mine... also what lube do u use?

I am not sure how often its necessary to do so... in any case I have no idea.

hehehe not quite what i was lookin for... I have the sheet that tells me how to do it but i need to know what lube too use

LOL i got some High temp stuff and just relubed it.... Works great now.... should have seen all the crap inside....

hehehe i should have used the soft and precious... oh wait i dont want my DV to sieze
