    Just dropping this on here for future reference if anyone wants to try fix their broken seat heater. I think this guide is a bit better than the Vortex one.

    Looks like it isn't all that hard, now I can remove them from my extra seats to sell

      would this work the same with leather seats in a mk III

        pretty good write up. looks like the guy had a bit of trouble removing the element but a heat gun will soften up the glue enough to remove it sans effort. FYI
        you probably don't like me because someone else said they didn't lol. <3

          Well I could be interested in taking one of those off you when the summer comes around im gonna be taking mine apart to see whats wrong.

            It is the same for leather seats in a MKIV but i dont know how different a MK3 seat is. Im willing to bet that with this knowledge it wouldnt be too hard.
