VDO boost gauge question

Does everyone's VDO boost gauge sit at exactly 0 when the car is turned off? Mine is off by 1 =(

I fixed the fluttering after 5 PSI by tightening the tubing into the gauge. But it still flutters around 10-20 PSI. Just wanted to know how everyone else's is running after a few months =)

I just installed the 20th Edition gauge on Derek's car... the install went great... don't think it took longer then an hour... and right off the bat, no hissing, no rattlings... nothing.
