Dunno how much install is... bought the car with them on it.... i guees you can do it your self with a little help.... The springs feel great handles wicked i just want more of a drop because i dont drive the car hard.... thats why i get 650 km to a tank.... and blow black when i do drive it.... espicially in Calgary when i'm following fellow dubbers

i get 650.. record is 720.. sometimes 550.. 600 is avg for me though.. shift at 3gs and ride 5th doing 60+
