    thanks,
On the Mk4 you don't need any kind of trim for a single din or double din deck.

I think he's talking about a bezel. It doesn't hold the deck in, its just trim.

I would have though you could get one from the install bay at any Futureshop or other install place.

i went to a&b install bay a few years ago and they gave me about 6, and i picked the one that looked best. some decks come with more than 1, so they has a few.

I still don't get it though, I put a single din pioneer deck in my Mk4 Jetta myself and it didn't need anything that didn't come with the deck. No bezels required, it filled the single din slot edge to edge and matched in flat black.

not mine, i see the edge of the cage that the deck slides in to. there is a thin bezel that cleans it up. the removable face plate is a little smaller then the din opening, and the bezel around it takes up the rest of the space.

the way the clips line up can vary by brand... if this is what you are talking about....

OP is your stock deck Double Din? If so then you need the dash kit, which is just a pocket. If your talking about one of these bezel pieces like stefan says then they are specific to each company and you will need to order it directly from the manufacture. Hope that helps, but you need to be more specific, no one knows what you're talking about
When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.

Ya. its just a single din eclipse. but i think im just going to be up grading to a DD in the future. But i have a pocket already. i just need that bezel peice..and i have been to future shop and such with no luck. they are all way to small or big. lol. i there there is a company in calgary that stocks eclipse decks i just dont know what the name of the place is. ill goole it or something see what i come up with. I just find it funny that not one person at the places i went told me that its specific to each company, would have helped me out a bunch ahha. oh well.

                thanks for the replys guys.

you could probably make a different companies work in a pinch, but you'll probably have it keep popping of or something equally annoying.

                    Audio Concepts sells those decks.

Also that bezel should have come with the deck
