depends on what type of chip you want to go with.. i almost scored a 03 LP ECU off vortex for 250US shipped which an awesome price as most sell them for 400..
check vortex but you have to get the correct ECU for your year of engine and trannie.. but if yours is a 5spd like mine then you need a LP ECU for a AWP engine.. most sellers specify this anyways.

I'm thinking that if I can score a cheap ecu, that I would go UP and swap for dealer visits.
