My dad smoked a rogue xmas tree on his way in from BC last night. Was somewhere in the middle of HWY 1. Left a nasty hole in the bumper, broke open the washer fluid tank, and made for a -20 degree tire change too. Crappy kick off to the xmas season. Anyone have a spare mk5 bumper.....

that is some carnage! i just did a quick but thorough search of ebay, vwvortex, and vancouver/calgary craigslists but didnt find anything. i will keep an ear out for ya though. try some wrecking yards. maybe this weather will have gotten the better of some others.1980 Mk1: Mk2 block overbore | high comp pistons | Schrick 276 cam | bored 8v head port and polished | race headers | straight pipe | 8000 RPM | Mk2 close-ratio trans
