  • Headlight Adjustment?

Just wondering if I should re aim my headlights after lowering my car?

Technically they would be out of whack? Right?

Does anyone know the factory spec for a 2001 golf? As far as the height from the ground and distance from the wall to aim them properly?

    Re: Headlight Adjustment?

should be ok. the beam should shining downward so that is drops about 2" over 25' i think, regardless of how high off the road the headlights are. as long as you didnt add any rake to the suspension, you should be fine.

Find a parkade with a relatively flat floor, and bring a tape measure and masking tape.
