  • Dieselgeek Short shifter

I got my Dieselgeek short shifter today, anybody installed one of these before?

Ill probably do a run down the track at race city tonight with the stock shifter. Then install the short shifter, and do another run. Provided it is not a huge pain in the ass to install.

My C-1 short shifter is still for sale. Honestly, I can't believe no one has scooped it up yet considering the price.

Uhh, whatever... I loved it. I feel like I'm rowing a boat every time I shift with the OEM unit.

mikes dieselgeek is so freakin short man.. its cool but it would take me some time to get used to from the stock one.. if someone has a TT i should see what it feels like then then concept1 then i can make a choice..

im lovin the dieselgeek. it's approx. 30% reduction. Im thinking 40% would be too much, and 20% wouldn't be enough. so I would definitely recommend the DG

merdenoms is right, if i were to get a new shifter I'd get something around 30%. 20% is just noticeable and 40% would be a little too much.

I have 40% and could easilly handle more. After using it for a few hours, I can't even remember what stock feels like.
