basically do i just slap my stockers back on???

sorry this is my first vw and it's been a experience to try and get the dam bolts on haha. but i'm sure you guys are used to it.

I am pretty sure, 95% sure, you take the hub-centric rings off for the stock rims...maybe someone else can confirm on this

I take mine off. If they fit the stock rims it shouldn't really matter though.

well i couldn't remember if i had new bolts for the summers, and i just found the stock bolts. either way i had 1 tire changed and 1 half done, so i stopped and called my friends tire guy and he scared me enough to leave the summers on and get him to change them. haha

well this will be the first and probably only time i take wheels to a shop to get them changed but he's doing it for free cause i'm a friend of a friend. so i guess it's not all bad. thanks for the help, hopefully this helps other's out

Hubcentric rings off, and don't use stock bolts on aftermarket wheels or vice versa(unless some aftermarket wheel makers use ball seat, I haven't come across any though) Cone bolts for aftermarket. Ball seat for stockies.
