Does any one know if 225-60-R16 winter tires will fit on stock 16'' bbs wolfsburg wheels?

Completely wrong. You're way too wide with an even bigger sidewall. Even with /55 you'd be 5% or more on your odo/speedo.

205/55-16 - you want NARROW in the winter. Think "not like snowboard/snowshow/skiis".
