To sum up since I don't want to look for the post:
I have one, a little time consuming on the install, not worth it for the gains.

Yeah I think we brought this up before.
It may increase your turbo's life (whatever that means) if it takes less energy to suck in the air. Same output with less strain sort of thing. maybe.KR

I got one and i love it. took about 45min to install.
