vr6 chip?

hey guys, just wondering whos has a chiped vr6 (mostly looking for guys with the mk3) and where u got it and what chip u have, also looking for opinions and if u noticed any difference with the chip, thanks

Before I went Supercharged, I was running the Wetterauer (sp?) chip. Made a slight difference... (supposed to do 190hp and 195lb torque or something like that...) probably still have it lying around in the garage somewhere...

I had an Upsolute chip from Simon on my old GLX, seemed to make a little difference

Found it.

Now I can't remember if the cars come with a chip socket, or if that was added. (i.e. is the original chip is soldered in...)

Do you have a socket on yours?
